I have been given the opportunity to work with the Apple Interactive Media group as a Senior Technical Writer. I will be writing the developer documentation for the Apple Interactive Television product family. I am excited about this new venture and am looking forward to all of the new technology in which I'll be immersed. I am also sorry to be leaving the Information Alley behind. However, I am fully confident in Diana Ezell, who takes the torch from me as the new magazine editor. She has been the Associate Editor for about six months, acting as my backup and helping out during crunch times. She is looking forward to taking over the challenge and excitement of editing the Information Alley. Diana will be able to bring new, fresh ideas to its content, format, and production. She has already scouted out several great articles for her first issue. I have been with Apple for over a year and a half and have been editing the Information Alley since my second month here. The magazine started with my boss as a dream and I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to bring that dream to life. Please welcome Diana into her new position and don't hesitate to provide her with just as much valuable and insightful feedback as you have provided to me. We both want to see the Information Alley continue to grow in readership and improve in quality and format.
