Where to Get Technical Support

One of the common questions we receive through the alley@apple.com address is where can I send technical questions, or some variation of this question. Until recently, Apple did not offer technical support through e-mail. Apple recently opened some discussion boards where you can ask technical questions. In some cases Apple responds to these, in other cases customers answer these questions. To get to the discussion boards, you need a web browser. The address is:
