Welcome back to the Information Alley! Due to weather conditions across Texas, we were forced to stay home. On Thursday, 09 Jan 1997, we provided one method of correcting the HFS Disk error on the PowerBook 1400. Since then, the PowerBook engineering team has released a software patch that does NOT require you to re-initialize your hard disk. We are providing you with an updated version of that Tech Info Library article.
